During this time the fish have a tendency to be in the shallower water of our backcountry bays and estuaries feeding on a variety of small baitfish and shrimp. The winter months are our busiest time of year and make for great opportunities for anglers of all skill levels to catch multiple species of fish in comfortable conditions using a variety of techniques.

The summer months (May - October) ane generally warmer, wetter, and calmer. The fish tend to congregate in our passes and inshore bays, as well as on our beaches and nearshore waters. Bait is plentiful this time of the year, and the tarpon migration is in full swing.
